The Wilderness Club is a upscale golf course and living community located on 545 acres northwest of Eureka Montana. There are 272 homes and 47 cabins planned within this development along with an 18 hole golf course.

 

APEC Engineering was selected by the developers to provide the following services:

• Land Use Planning

• Design Plans, Report & Specification for a Public Water Supply & Wastewater Collection & Treatment System

• Structural Engineering 

• Environmental Permitting & review

• Public Road Design

• Bid Letting 

• Contractor Selection

• Construction Administration & Certification.

• Construction Plans & Permitting were completed in 2007 

• Currently two phases of construction and the golf course are completed
