This particular project covered many aspects of civil engineering, from land use planning, public outreach, public facility design, environmental review and permitting, transportation facility analysis and impact studies, road way and drainage design, to construction oversight and certification. Construction plans and permitting were completed in 2007, currently 2 phases of the construction have been completed.
