This project included design and construction administration for a 24,000 square foot appliance store.  Critical design components include the City of Kalispell stormwater mitigation (water quality and detention), a potable water main extension, and designing for adequate parking and truck delivery. 

 

The construction phase included compaction testing for the building footings, parking lot, and utility trenches.

 

In addition, APEC Engineering was able to see ahead and plan for further expansion as the City grows.  Adjacent development will have cost savings when utilities are extended for there service.
